I’ve been using this for 7 months now. I take 15 drops, twice a day. Not enough to get a buzz.. But the improvement I’ve seen in my depression is remarkable. I no longer battle suicidal thoughts and constant anxiety. I might have a down day here and there but it is nothing compared to my previously near constant depression. This is despite being on half my dose of prescribed anti-depressants. My doctor is aware of my use of delta 8 as well as my weaning off the pharmaceutical stuff. He is supportive.
